Regional Internal Audit (RIA) Meeting was held at Coal Mining Headquarter, Ranchi on 13th March 2024. Meeting was chaired by Shri Animesh Jain, RED (Coal Mining). Various issues relating to Internal Audit Paras outstanding till FY 2022-2023 were discussed.

Shri Pushpendra Tyagi, GM (Internal Audit) also graced the occasion with his presence. He informed about the latest policy, procedure and guidelines as issued by Corporate IA Dept. for conducting the internal Audit and develop Internal check and control at NTPC office/sites.

The Meeting was attended by HOPs of all Coal Mining Projects and HODs of Coal Mining Headquarters.Shri Gaurav Rastogi, (HOD), Finance informed about the important Area & Extent of Coverage by Internal Auditor during audit of all CMPs.

All Outstanding Internal Audit Para till 2022-23 pertaining to all CMPs were deliberated in the meeting in presence of all HOPs and after discussion it was assured that all outstanding paras will be resolved in a time bound manner.
